Quel est le prix d'une assurance dommages aux livres ?

La compagnie d'assurance fixe le prix de l'assurance dommages ouvrage selon quatre critères :

• • Montant de la construction, y compris les frais de gestion de projet et de recherche.

• • Taux de perte selon le type de bâtiment : maisons individuelles, maisons à pans de bois, maisons jumelées, maisons mitoyennes, maisons individuelles, construction neuve, restauration, agrandissement de bâtiments existants, restauration après sinistre, locaux commerciaux , construction Bâtiments industriels ou agricoles.

• • La destination de l'immeuble (pour usage personnel, location ou vente) implique le calcul des primes d'assurance dommages aux travaux.

• • Recherches réalisées (recherche pédologique, BET, contrôle technique)

• • Toute option de souscription

Toutes ces normes auront une incidence sur le montant des primes d'assurance contre les accidents du travail.

Dans quelles circonstances devrions-nous acheter une garantie de dommages ouvrage ?

La garantie dommages ouvrage couvre la réparation des dommages qui affectent la résistance de la structure (perméation, malfaçon, affaissement, fissures, fuite, effondrement) ou rendent le bâtiment impropre à l'usage auquel il est destiné.

Le chef de projet doit souscrire une assurance DO, notamment dans les situations suivantes :

• • Construction d'une nouvelle maison

• • Agrandissement

• • Construire une piscine

• • meubler

Le contrat doit être signé avant le début des travaux et prendra effet à compter de la date de réception des travaux.
